Because pieces are made to order be sure that you like and want to keep the item before placing the order. Exchanges can be processed for damaged pieces. You will be responsible for shipping the piece back, but will not be charged to have the new piece sent to you. Refunds are not issued.
Unworn, damaged items may be returned up to 7 days after delivery. You may cancel an order if it has not been shipped or made to order. Made to order pieces cannot be cancelled and a store credit will only be issued if the piece is damaged upon arrival. Pieces are carefully inspected before delivery so this is very unlikely. We do not offer free return shipping. We do not offer refunds at this time. Only store credits will be issued for returns.
